A minute’s silence was observed in memory of those killed in the quota reform movement before the swearing-in of the chief advisers and advisers of the interim government.
This silence was observed in the presence of the President and guests at Bangabhaban after 9:30 pm on Thursday (August 8).
Nobel laureate economist Professor Dr. read the oath as the chief advisor of the interim government after reading the Quran. Muhammad Yunus. Then 13 advisers also took oath.
However, the remaining three advisors could not attend the swearing-in ceremony as they were out of Dhaka.
