What to do if you can’t sleep

And to keep the body cool, it is better to eat low-calorie food at night.

4. Exercise and bathing
Practicing light exercise daily reduces stress and calms the body. It is good for sleep. However, since exercise increases body temperature, it is better to exercise during the day rather than at night. And it is very good if you can take a bath with lukewarm water three to four hours before going to sleep at night. Although initially the body heat increases a little, but gradually the heat decreases, the body calms down and it helps to sleep.

Along with following these habits regularly, try to learn more about your body and mind. Do some yoga, meditation or deep breathing. If necessary, use eyeshades to cover your eyes to avoid light, earplugs to avoid excess noise. And the most important thing is to think positively about life while going to sleep.
