President Md. Sahabuddin said that the present government is working tirelessly to improve the quality of life of people of all religions, besides involving the backward groups of the society in the mainstream of development.
He said this during a courtesy meeting with President Sahabuddin at Bangabhaban on Monday, led by a delegation led by Mission President of Hari-Gurchand Matua Mission Shri Padmanav Tagore. Later, the President’s Press Secretary briefed the media.
The head of state said that Bangladesh is a shining example of communal harmony. Here people of all religions are living in a very friendly and peaceful environment and practicing their respective religions freely. Referring to the contribution of people of all religions in the country’s socio-economic development, the President said. He urged everyone to work together irrespective of religion, caste and caste to turn Sahabuddin Bangladesh into the golden Bengal of Bangabandhu’s dream of happiness and prosperity.
During the meeting, they briefed the President about the various activities of Sri Sri Hari-Gurchand Matua Mission.
