When nothing feels good, how do you still feel good?

Why do we like the mind? Why are we happy? Are you satisfied? The reason is dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins – these four happy hormones. Because of these hormones we are happy, happy. Our mood is good. And in the absence of these hormones, we suffer from the disease of ‘do not like, do not like’. Nothing feels good. Not thinking about anything. At all times, your body can produce ‘happiness chemicals’ or hormones that make you feel good. How?

1. Dopamine: The ‘feel good’ hormone

When nothing feels good, go for a walk. Do something that involves physical exertion. Finish any work left off. Indulge yourself by going to a restaurant or somewhere new around the house. If none of these sounds like a good option, go to sleep. Dopamine will be released. will like Falling in love increases the release of dopamine.

2. Oxytocin: The love hormone

Do you know, those who envy the greatness of others, are the ones who suffer! As it reduces the release of oxytocin. Self-doubt and mediocrity work within themselves. Whoever’s dress, packet, victory starts a small ‘combustion’ in your intellect, praise him freely. Don’t be stingy with praising good initiatives or good things. Because, complimenting others will release oxytocin from your own body. You will like it. Spend time with children and pets. Hug a loved one. kiss hold hands Sleep snuggled up with a partner or child. Stay in physical contact. Tell him how much you love him.

3. Serotonin: Associated with nature and faith

Open your mind to release serotonin. Spend time in the sun, in nature. Do meditation. pray

4. Endorphins: Pain relieving hormones

Sit down to watch a movie. read books listen to music Smile your heart out. Endorphins naturally relieve physical and emotional pain. When we are hurt physically or emotionally, endorphins are activated. Laughter releases the most endorphins.
