When nothing feels good, how do you still feel good?

Why do we like the mind? Why are we happy? Are you satisfied? The reason is dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins – these four happy hormones. Because of these hormones we are happy, happy. Our mood is good. And in the absence of these hormones, we suffer from the disease of ‘do not like, do not like’. Nothing feels good. Not thinking about anything. At all times, your body can produce ‘happiness chemicals’ or hormones that make you feel good. How?

1. Dopamine: The ‘feel good’ hormone

When nothing feels good, go for a walk. Do something that involves physical exertion. Finish any work left off. Indulge yourself by going to a restaurant or somewhere new around the house. Because, complimenting others will release oxytocin from your own body. You will like it. Spend time with children and pets. 3. Serotonin: Associated with nature and faith

4. Endorphins: Pain relieving hormones

Sit down to watch a movie. read books listen to music Smile your heart out. Endorphins naturally relieve physical and emotional pain. When we are hurt physically or emotionally, endorphins are activated. Laughter releases the most endorphins.
