There are many of us who go without food for long periods of time. This long time eventually turns into a long day. If you eat irregularly day after day, the bile in the gallbladder does not work properly. As a result, stones form in the gall bladder. But this stone is not only for irregularities in food. Besides this, there are many other reasons. For example: eating adulterated, fatty foods, increased blood fat levels and lack of physical activity can also cause this.

Gallbladder is the storage of bile juice in our body. It is located in the upper right side of the abdomen. Any change in bile results in the formation of small pebble-like stones in the gallbladder, called gallstones or gallstones. Many people suffer from gall bladder stones. It can cause abdominal pain, nausea, reluctance to eat, yellow urine, nausea, sweating and feeling weak. Due to these symptoms, at any time the patient may experience fever with severe pain in the right side of the abdomen. And this pain can spread to the shoulder.

Gallbladder stones or gallstones occur when bile hardens and accumulates in the gallbladder. It causes severe pain in the upper right side of the abdomen. The gallbladder is located on the right side under the liver. Excess bile accumulates in this sac. This bile hardens into stones, and accumulates in the gallbladder.

Gallstones are more common in women. Apart from this, obese people are more than 40 years old. Again, diabetic patients may have this problem. It causes sudden pain, and is very sick. This happens more after eating. During this time, the gallbladder compresses and presses on the bile duct, and then the pain begins.

Symptoms
1. Fever with chills.
2. Nausea or vomiting.
3. Eating oil, spicy food causes severe stomach pain.
4. Pain spreading along the back of the abdomen, shoulders and mid-abdomen.
5. The pain starts in the right side of the abdomen and reaches the shoulder. If this is the case, you must consult a doctor.

Action
1. It should be suspected if the color of urine is dark brown.
2. If the pain is severe, you must go to the hospital without delay.
3. The hospital doctor will decide what to do.
4. The doctor may treat with medication. Otherwise, understand the situation and do the operation.

Gallstones are usually removed by laparoscopy. In the part of the abdomen where the gall bladder is located, the gallstones are removed with a fine thin instrument made through small holes. It does not have to cut the stomach. Stones are removed through laparoscopy through small incisions in the abdomen. The patient can go home the day after surgery. Things to be taken care of at this time are:

1. Pay attention to food and drink for several days.
2. Eat soup for a few days after the operation.
2. After that you can give oats porridge or barley rice to the patient.
3. You can make soup by boiling fish or chicken with ginger and cumin batter.
4. At this time fat will not be digested. So you can eat rice or bread.
5. It is better not to eat sour, sweet, salty and spicy food.
