The Supreme Court of India will hear the appeal against the Citizenship Act today. At least 237 appeals have been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the central government’s announcement against the implementation of the amended Citizenship Act or CAA. These appeals will be heard on Tuesday local time. A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice Jebe Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra will hear the petitions, Indian media NDTV reported.
