The new interim government of Bangladesh has been welcomed by the United States, China and the European Union (EU). They all assured to work together to restore a fair democratic environment and enhance mutual cooperation.
Washington hopes to work together to advance democracy. US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told reporters on Thursday.
Matthew Miller said, ‘Dr. to stop the recent violence. We welcome Yunus’ call. Interim government and Dr. Yunus wants to create a democratic future for the people of Bangladesh. So we are the interim government and Dr. I am ready to work with Yunus.’
Besides, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell welcomed the new interim government of Bangladesh. He said that the EU is interested in working with the new administration of Bangladesh. They will be assisted in the complex task of democratic transfer of power and this process must be peaceful and participatory.
Meanwhile, China on Friday welcomed the new interim government of Bangladesh. “We are committed to working with this government to increase exchanges and cooperation,” the country said.
