Then will Razakar’s grandsons get quota benefits, asked the Prime Minister

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said about the demands of the agitators demanding quota reform, they are claiming that the grandsons of freedom fighters cannot get quota benefits. My question is – will Razakar’s grandchildren get quota benefits in terms of jobs?

The Prime Minister said these things in a press conference on Sunday about his recent visit to China. He briefed senior journalists about their visit to China at Ganabhaban.

In response to a journalist’s question in the question and answer session, Sheikh Hasina said, who gave them the right to speak against the freedom fighters against the liberation war? They are agitating. Went to court. Again talking about my decision. I will say about this – since the matter has gone to court. We have to obey the court’s instructions. If they don’t want to accept, let them protest. But I say clearly, I will not tolerate any violence in the name of movement. It is also being seen if anyone is instigating.

The Prime Minister said that only freedom fighter families will take advantage of the quota. Or will the Razaka family accept?

He said, they say that the family members of the freedom fighters are ineligible and get jobs with quota benefits. I would say freedom fighters but always victorious. But the freedom fighters defeated them in 1971.
