The actress says that the simplest and most basic skincare practice is drinking enough water. The actress drinks a lot of water throughout the day. Hydration not only quenches the skin’s thirst, but also detoxifies it. As a result, the skin is bright.

Kriti chooses a gentle cleanser according to skin type to remove makeup and dirt. Unclean skin can cause many problems.

Kriti prefers skincare products made with natural ingredients. She uses ingredients like aloe vera and honey to rejuvenate the skin.

Kriti follows certain rules every day to maintain the beauty of her skin and hair. For example, after returning home after shooting, Kriti’s first task is to clean her face well with a cleanser. After that he applied a little moisturizer and massaged the skin. Kriti takes the help of hair spa from time to time to keep her hair shiny. Also use oil regularly to save hair from pollution.

Moisturizing is very important for glowing skin. Adequately moisturizing the skin is highly prioritized by Kriti. The actress recommends using a hydrating moisturizer according to the skin type.

Kriti uses a besan face pack. To make the face pack you will need small amount of gram flour, 1 spoon of milk, 1 spoon of lemon juice and almond powder. Mix all the ingredients well and apply the mixture on the face for 30 minutes and wash it off. Regular use of the face pack removes the layer of dead skin cells. Along with that, the burning sensation of the skin also starts to decrease. As a result, the skin becomes bright and beautiful.

Kriti keeps a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables and antioxidants in her diet list. These foods play a role in skin regeneration and repair. Foods like green leafy vegetables and nuts help to make the skin glow from within. As a result, eat these foods regularly.
