Abdullah Ali Al Humoodi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Bangladesh, met with Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s Office in the Secretariat on Monday (September 28).
The meeting discussed expanding trade and investment in Bangladesh, increasing employment of skilled Bangladeshi manpower, and strengthening cooperation in various sectors including energy, infrastructure, aviation, information technology, railways, and logistics.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humayun Kabir, Investment Bangladesh Authority Chairman Ashiq Chowdhury were present at the meeting. The ambassador was accompanied by senior officials of the embassy.
